Today I live a couple of houses down from a home of nine years ago, where Magic Apron + Jano + Orphan Harmony were birthed.
While my life has completely changed, writing songs and making music has been the one constant. And in this great circle I now find myself happily working and close to finishing two new albums feeling light and right at home.
So here's some clarification on that NEW Music!..

'Beloved Other & The Instant Chain' is a collection of 14 songs that continues in the MA vein of Orphan Harmony and the lost Magic Apron album Purling's Violet Ark. Joining me for B.O.&T.I.C. is childhood friend and former bandmate of 20 years ago David Michael along with super special guests of MA past and present to be revealed.
A double-single which will preview 2 album cuts, 'The Color Of Your Sand' + 'Charlottes' will be available to listen/download on DECEMBER 2ND.
Hoping to have this album finished tracking and mixed by the end of the year for release in early 2016!!
'MA!' is a collection with Robby Kee of The Purling Waters incarnation/collaboration.
MA! has been slowly weaving itself into something special and strange.
There will also be a double-single which will preview 2 album cuts, 'Creeping Jenny' + 'Georgia Damned' available to listen/download on a December date to be announced.
This collection features contributions from Jenny Tucker, Jennifer Proctor, Maddy Davis, Pony Bones and visual enchantment by Madeline Polites.

From the image above you can see that everybody's Favorite Sonic Seeker Robby Kee hears something new and rich from that great and mysterious wilderness of sound. And like a moth to the light at night a guitar hovers and slurs!....
In spite of our busy days/busy life we are gradually building towards something really honest and satisfactory.. and with the aid of a few Special Friends..
